Scope and Contents
This series contains a scrapbook of newspaper clippings regarding the City of Chicago: Bureau of Streets, Civil Service Commission and Police Personnel, assembled by A. B. Segur for the Efficiency Division of the Chicago Civil Service Commission.
The series also contains an album of 3x3 photos of machinery for deboning chicken necks, which was Mr. Segur's last project.
