Sub-Series two covers the history of each of the Purdue Engineering Schools, which Knoll wrote about in his book, The Story of Purdue Engineering. Contained within the sub-series are his handwritten notes, earliest manuscripts, edited typescripts and what he deemed "accurate versions." There are also glass plate negatives of the early Purdue Engineering buildings and laboratories, brochures, articles related to Purdue Engineering history and its influence on America, publications and correspondence.
