Scope and Contents
The David Blood collection of slides of Purdue University (1959; 0.25 cubic feet) documents David Blood’s trip to Purdue University in 1959. He and his high school class took a train from New Jersey to Lafayette, Indiana. The slides document the trip to Purdue, campus buildings and scenes, the artwork displayed at the convocation, and his trip back to New Jersey. The slides have been kept in their original order. Blood arranged the slides chronologically into four categories: On the way to Purdue; Purdue University campus scenes; Artwork displayed at the convocation; The trip home.
