From the Sub-Series: In January 1990 Bridges became Deputy Chief of Staff, Test and Resources, Headquarters Air Force Systems Command, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, where he served until August 1991. Included in this sub-series are the documents: "Test Reliance/Drawdown Plan/T&E Corporate Board," "Electronic Combat Test and Evaluation (T&E) Vision," and "4950th," contains briefings and memos on moving the 4950th Test Wing at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio to Edwards Air Force Base, California and consolidating it with the Test Wing at Edwards. Bridges' certificate, "Certified Acquisition Professional, Level III in the functional specialty of Test & Evaluation," August 28, 1991 is also included.
