Scope and Contents
Per Bridges, "This notebook contains the proposal which was eventually accepted to combine the Maintenance and Engineering Groups with the 6510th Test Wing at Edwards AFB, CA, which had previously only consisted of the aircrews along with the Test Pilot School and the Test Group at Hill AFB Utah. I led the reorganization and it was completed before the end of my tour at Edwards as the Wing Commander."
