This sub-series consists of a speech, given by Ross at his book signing and exhibit celebration in the Purdue University Archives and Special Collections, February 7, 2013. Ross has written two books published by the Purdue University Press: Spacewalker: My journey in space and faith as NASA's record-setting frequent flyer, 2013, and the children's book, Becoming a spacewalker: My journey to the stars, 2014.
