Scope and Contents

This series consists of materials that document Donald Heirman’s contributions to standards organizations from the 1970s to the 2010s. He chaired or been a principal contributor to numerous U.S. and international EMC standards organizations, including, but not limited to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) ASC C63, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) EMC Society, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR). This series includes meeting minutes, correspondence, presentations, and conference proceedings related to the development EMC standards.

Born digital materials, files extracted from optical discs and floppy disks, must be viewed on the Digital Access Terminal, located in the Purdue University Archives and Special Collections Reading Room.
