Scope and Contents

This series consists of materials that document Donald Heirman’s personal life, which includes papers and audiovisual media from Mishawaka High School, Purdue University, the United States Navy, as well as various activities he was involved with during retirement. Retirement activities included becoming a major Purdue University donor, assisting with the establishment of the Mishawaka Historical Museum, and producing several career retrospective videos. This series also includes all of the awards and certificates Heirman received throughout his career.
