Content Description
This collection features the resource guides, training outlines, and accompanying photographs and correspondences for the development of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center's first LGBTQ Ally in the Workplace trainings in 2013. The trainings were developed by Lowell B. Kane starting in 2012 with the aim of creating a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) inclusive environment at NASA.

Born digital records include correspondence, photographs of Houston Pride parades, training and resource materials, and original designs for posters and safe zone placards.
