Biographical Information
Elliott Hill Parfitt was an instructor of Dairy Bacteriology at Purdue University. Parfitt earned his B.S.A. from the University of Toronto in 1918, M.S.A. from Purdue University in 1924, and Ph.D. from Iowa State University in 1934. He first joined Purdue as an instructor in 1921, was promoted to Assistant Professor in 1928, and to full Professor in 1938. He remained at Purdue until 1940.
