Scope and Contents The collection consists of one folder which contains a telegram sent by Robert Phillips and two programs from the May 30, 1931, Memorial Day Exercises, for which Phillips gave the Memorial Address. There are also two programs from "Addresses in Celebration of the Washington Bicentenary", delivered at the George Washington Bicentennial Meeting of the Tippecanoe County Masonic Association, February 22, 1932. Phillips gave the address, "Washington the Great Nationalist."
