Biographical Information

Howard Pyle was an American illustrator, painter, and author. He taught at the Drexel Institute of Art, Science, and Industry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and later founded his own school in Wilmington, Delaware called the Howard Pyle School of Illustration Art.
