Biographical Information

Frederick R. Ford was born and raised in Kentland, Indiana and graduated from Brook High School. He attended Purdue and graduated in 1958 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and later earned his MS and PhD from Krannert School of Management in Industrial Management. He served in financial management at Purdue, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1974 until his retirement in 1997. He received the National Association of College and University Business Offices (NACUBO) Distinguished Business Officer award and two Sagamore of the Wabash awards.
