Biographical Information

Sally Jo Bible was born and raised in Tippecanoe County. In 1959, she graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science. During her time at Purdue, she was a member of the Tomahawk Club and the Major-Minor Club. After graduating, Bible worked for Delta Air Lines in California then in 1981 she transferred to Tulsa, Oklahoma. In Tulsa, Bible owned a large property which she donated to a local nature preserve. Sally Jo Bible passed away in 2011.
