Biographical Information

Scheele was born on August 27, 1933 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He earned his bachelor's degree in 1956 from Lake Forrest College and Ph.D. from Purdue University in 1962. He was Professor Emeritus of the Brian Lamb School of Communications at Purdue University.
