Biographical Information
Stroud was the director of the airport operations in West Lafayette. He received a B.S.A.T. degree from Purdue in 1957. In 1985, Stroud received a Sagamore of the Wabash by the Governor Robert D. Orr. The award was presented at the 39th annual Indiana Aviation Conference for his support of aviation development in the state. He has served as president of the Aviation Association of Indiana. He has also served as chairman of the traffic/transportation committee of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
