Biographical Information

Richard A. Stewart was born in Chester, Pennsylvania in the mid-1930s. He earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics from Purdue in 1959 and served in the Army. Upon completion of service, Stewart returned to Purdue and completed a master's degree in Industrial Relations. During his career at Purdue he served as the director of the University Placement Office with the Center for Career Opportunities.
