Steve R. Schultz is the General Counsel for Purdue University's Office of Legal Counsel. As Purdue’s chief legal officer, Schultz advises the Trustees, the president and senior administrators on issues of law, governance and risk management and oversees and directs the representation of the University in all legal matters. An Indianapolis native, Schultz received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from Butler University (BA ’88), where he played football for the Bulldogs.
