Biographical Information

Vern C. Vanderbilt, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1942. Mr. Vanderbilt was a World War II veteran, serving in the Army Air Corps. From 1978 to 1979, he served as the President of the Indiana Society of Professional Engineers. He also helped founding the Whitewater Valley chapter of the organization, and was the 1967 ISPE Engineer of the Year.
