Born 1924 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jesse is a Purdue Graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering, 1949. He was a member Purdue University Board of Trustees, 1976-1999. He provides insights on being CEO of Indiana Construction Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as well as his work on the Board of Trustee. He served on the search committee to replace President Arthur Hansen. Jesse discusses changes in university and Chauncey Village since student days. He enrolled at Purdue after World War II service in the merchant marine. He also served as president of the Indiana University- Purdue University Foundation at Fort Wayne.
