Historical Information

TRW Incorporated was active in the development of missile systems and spacecraft, notably the early development of the United States ICBM program under the leadership of the Teapot Committee led by John von Neumann. TRW pioneered systems engineering, creating the N2 chart and the modern functional flow block diagram. It served as the primary source of systems engineering for the United States Air Force ballistic missile program.

Scope and Contents The M. Jeanne Lucke papers reflect Lucke's 20 years of employment with the TRW Systems Group in the 1960s-1980s.
