The Samuel Voinoff Golf Pavilion was built as part of the remodeling of the Kampen Golf Course. The cost of constructing the entire north course was $8.5 million and includes remodeling the golf course and building the Pete Dye Clubhouse, Melvin Ollman Golf Cart Barn, and the Samuel Voinoff Golf Pavilion.
