The Franklin Levering Cary Hall - West was the third building built in the Cary Quadrangle. This building has rooms for 155 students, all of which are furnished similarly to the first two buildings. When it was built, it also contained an office, a house manager's suite, a women's reception room, lounges, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two more buildings were constructed to form the Cary Quadrangle in 1938 and 1939. The entire quadrangle was remodeled during a six year renovation project from 2000 to 2006.
