Historical Information

The Hobart and Russell Creighton Hall of Animal Sciences was built in 2017. The building is a three-story structure focused on improving food and animal safety and efficiency. The building contains laboratories, classrooms, conference rooms, and offices. The building also houses the Department of Animal Science, the U.S. Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Research Service's Livestock Behavior Unit, and staff of Indiana animal regulatory agencies. The building was built along side the Land O' Lakes Center for Experiential Learning and Purina Pavilion.
