Originally under the project named Vawter Field Housing, the Third Street Suites residence hall was built in 2015. It is a residence hall that was built to focus on student learning and academic success. The residence hall contained 304 beds, learning communities, a Starbucks coffee shop, and the Third Street Market which was relocated from Meredith Hall. The rooms contain space for four students and were designed in a semi-suite and suite style. Each semi-suite contains 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom and suites also contain a shared living room.
