The 3 O'Clock Club is a local women's organization whose aim is the intellectual advancement and stimulation for its members. It was started in 1894 and many of its members were the wives of Purdue faculty members. The name 3 O'Clock Club was chosen as it was the time of their meetings. The club is still active and there are currently 14 members.
