Historical Information
The Richard and Patricia Lawson Computer Science Building was built to house the growing computer science department. This facility created a space for faculty and students to conduct research in the areas of bioinformatics, graphics, visualization, information security, software systems, and global computer networks. It also provided meeting rooms, four classrooms, five instructional labs, and four research labs.
