The Black Cultural Center was a 2 story cinder block and wood house across the street from the Armory. It also had an attic and a basement. The Black Cultural Center was located at 315 University Street, on the corner of University Street and Third Street.

Scope and Contents The Purdue University Black Cultural Center, founded in 1969, serves to provide support and a home-away-from-home for Black students, as well as education for the general campus community. The materials in this collection document the programs, activities, and community created by and surrounding the Black Cultural Center.
